Instructions

• Play four strokes per measure. (That's four notes for each note you'll hear on various recordings.)

• Especially important suggestion for beginners: If you haven't practiced and mastered landing the 2nd and 3rd fingers. just skip the notes in measure 3 and 4, jump back in at measure 5.

• When playing with recordings, you can practice any line as many times as you want without restarting the recording
Or you can practice pairs of lines ... or any combination of whole lines.

Warmup

• Practice the D Major Scale, and improvise switching directions.
This will get you ready to improvise with the Kanon.
